Oui exact.
Depuis çà marche a merveille.
Hello,
Begin of this year 2007 I bought my new IQ One+ variometer and I experience since some strange flight records with it.
The variometer did record extra high "max raise" figures on 4 fligths out of the 15.
Flight 60 : Max Raise = +16,9 m/s On graph max raise = ca +2 m/s
Flight 54 : Max Raise = +16,0 m/s On graph max raise = ca +0,2 m/s
Flight 51 : Max Raise = +15,2 m/s On graph max raise = ca +1,3 m/s
Could you help me to solve this problem?
Do you think it is a setting problem?
Or is there something wrong with the hardware of the IQ One+ and have to return to Brauniger?
Best Regards.
Pierrot.

Hello Norbert,
Thanks for the "workaround" tip.
This sounds like a bug in the software of the IQ One+.
Is there any upgrade of the firmware planned/possible?
Regards.
Pierrot.
Hello Pierrot,
mostly the "bug" will not be present as a pilot normally should correct his heigt at the starting place. But it's a weak point and we will correct this at a later version of the IQ-ONE series. As the software is a OTP type it can't be flashed by a new program. OTP controllers are extreme safe but can't be updated.
So please do the correct starting procedure to get correct flight values.
Best regards
Pierrot.
